This privacy policy explains how the operator of the website at bitcoinsilver.ai (the "Site") handles personal data.
1.2
The operator of the Site is the controller of your personal data. A controller is the party that decides why and how personal data is used. To obtain the identity and registered details of the operator, contact [email protected].
We follow the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK General Data Protection Regulation, together "data protection law".
2Data minimisation
2.1
We collect as little personal data as possible.
2.2
The Site has no user accounts and no advertising. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, profiling or advertising cookies.
2.3
We do not sell personal data.
3Data we collect
3.1
Server logs. When you visit the Site, our web server records technical data. This includes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page.
3.2
Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.
3.3
Browser storage. The Site keeps two small items in your browser's local storage. One is your language choice and the other is your answer to our cookie notice. See our cookie policy.
3.4
Language. To open the Site in your language, our hosting provider Cloudflare reads the country of your connection from your IP address and serves the matching language version. We do not store your IP address for this purpose. Your browser language may also be used. A language you choose yourself always takes priority.
3.5
We do not knowingly collect special category data, such as data about health, religion or political opinion. Please do not send it to us.
4Purposes and lawful bases
4.1
Data protection law requires a lawful basis for each use of personal data. Our bases are set out below.
4.2
Server logs are used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and detect and prevent abuse. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is running a secure website.
4.3
Email is used to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is responding to people who contact us. Where your message relates to a legal claim or obligation, our basis may also be compliance with a legal obligation.
4.4
Browser storage is used only to remember your language and your cookie notice choice. It is strictly necessary for features you use, so it does not need your consent. We still show a short notice on your first visit.
4.5
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed those interests against your rights. You may object at any time, as explained in clause 9.
5Retention
5.1
Server logs are kept only for as long as needed for security and operation, and are then deleted.
5.2
Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow up, and are then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.
5.3
Essential cookies last no longer than they are needed. Details are in our cookie policy.
6Disclosure
6.1
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf as processors. A processor acts only on our instructions and under a written contract.
6.2
We may share data with professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed.
6.3
We may disclose data to a court, regulator or law enforcement body where the law requires it.
6.4
We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
7International transfers
7.1
Our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area.
7.2
Where that happens, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism. This may be an adequacy decision, or standard contractual clauses approved under data protection law.
8Security
8.1
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. These include encrypted connections to the Site and restricted access to logs and email.
8.2
No system is fully secure. If we become aware of a personal data breach that must be reported, we will report it as data protection law requires.
9Your rights
9.1
Under data protection law you have the following rights, subject to conditions and exceptions.
9.2
Access. You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
9.3
Rectification. You can ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
9.4
Erasure. You can ask us to delete your data.
9.5
Restriction. You can ask us to limit how we use your data.
9.6
Objection. You can object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests.
9.7
Portability. You can ask for data you gave us in a structured, machine readable format, where this right applies.
9.8
Consent. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect use before you withdrew it.
9.9
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
10Automated decision making
10.1
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile visitors.
11Children
11.1
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13Changes
13.1
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
This risk disclosure describes the main risks of acquiring, holding or using BSAI and of relying on the concepts described on the website at bitcoinsilver.ai (the "Site").
1.2
It is not a complete list. Other risks exist, including risks that cannot be foreseen.
1.3
Read this disclosure in full before you acquire or use BSAI.
2Volatility
2.1
The price of BSAI can rise or fall sharply and quickly.
2.2
Prices may move because of market sentiment, trading volume, news, regulation, technology events or the actions of other market participants.
2.3
Past prices are not a guide to future prices.
3Loss of entire value
3.1
You may lose all of the value of the BSAI you hold.
3.2
Only use money you can afford to lose in full.
4Liquidity
4.1
Liquidity means how easily you can buy or sell without moving the price.
4.2
Trading in BSAI may be thin. You may be unable to sell when you want, or only at a much lower price.
4.3
An exchange may suspend trading, limit withdrawals or delist BSAI at any time.
5Regulatory change
5.1
Laws and regulations for crypto assets are developing and differ between countries.
5.2
New laws, rules or enforcement action may restrict or prohibit the acquisition, holding, use or trading of BSAI, or the operation of Silver Rail.
5.3
Such changes may reduce the value of BSAI or prevent features from launching.
5.4
The project is designed with reference to recognised regulatory frameworks. This is not a licence or authorisation, and it does not protect you from regulatory change.
6Technology risk
6.1
A smart contract is code on a blockchain that runs automatically. Code can contain errors or weaknesses that are exploited.
6.2
Blockchain networks can suffer outages, congestion, attacks or changes to their rules, known as forks.
6.3
Blockchain transactions are generally final. A payment sent to the wrong address usually cannot be reversed.
6.4
If you lose your private key or seed phrase, you will lose access to your BSAI permanently. No one can recover it for you.
7Exchange risk
7.1
BSAI trades on third party exchanges that we do not operate or control.
7.2
An exchange may be hacked, become insolvent, freeze accounts, change its terms or stop operating. Assets held on an exchange may be lost.
7.3
Each exchange has its own terms, fees and identity checks. Your relationship is with the exchange, not with us.
7.4
Crypto assets are generally not covered by any deposit or investor compensation scheme.
8SI agent risk
8.1
An SI agent is software that acts on its own within limits. Agents can make mistakes.
8.2
An agent may misread data, act on false or manipulated inputs, or behave in ways its owner did not expect.
8.3
A mandate limits what an agent may spend. A mandate that is set up wrongly may allow losses within its limits.
8.4
Signal feeds and trader scores are analysis, not advice. A trader's past results on a public leaderboard do not predict future results. Copy trading can lose money.
8.5
Verifiers and result oracles can be wrong, delayed or unavailable. This may delay or prevent the release or refund of escrowed funds.
9Features in design
9.1
Agent Passport, Mandate, Agent Pay and Escrow are in design. Clear, Signal Relay, the Gaming SDK and the open agent directory are planned.
9.2
These concepts may change in scope or design, be delayed, or never launch.
9.3
You should not acquire BSAI in the expectation that any concept will be delivered.
10Fraud and impersonation
10.1
Fraudsters may impersonate the BSAI team, the Site or listed exchanges.
The website at bitcoinsilver.ai (the "Site") is published by the operator of this website.
1.2
To obtain the identity and registered details of the operator, contact [email protected].
2No advice
2.1
Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
2.2
Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to acquire, hold or sell BSAI or any other asset.
2.3
No content on the Site takes account of your personal circumstances.
2.4
No statement on the Site is a prediction, estimate or speculation about the price or future value of BSAI. No person connected with the project may give one on its behalf.
2.5
There is no promise of profit or return.
3Not an offer of securities
3.1
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, investment, financial instrument or financial product, in any jurisdiction.
3.2
No prospectus or offering document has been filed or approved in connection with the Site.
4Nature of BSAI
4.1
BSAI is a decentralised utility token used for automated payments between SI agents. It is intended for consumptive use, meaning it is spent or posted to use a service.
4.2
Under the Silver Rail design, payments are executed by software agents within spending limits, called mandates, set by their human or company owners. The agent payment layers are in design.
4.3
The operator does not hold, pool or control user funds.
4.4
Owners remain responsible for the actions of their agents.
4.5
BSAI confers no ownership, equity, profit, dividend or governance rights.
4.6
BSAI pays no yield and no staking rewards. There is no profit share and no buyback promise.
4.7
BSAI gives no claim on the revenue or assets of any company or person.
5Regulatory alignment
5.1
The project is designed with reference to recognised regulatory frameworks. These include the EU Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation, known as MiCA, and guidance from the Financial Action Task Force on virtual assets. That guidance includes the travel rule, which requires sender and receiver details to accompany certain transfers.
5.2
The project also takes account of UK financial promotion rules and of applicable anti money laundering and sanctions laws.
5.3
Being designed with reference to these frameworks is not an authorisation. Nothing on the Site states or implies that BSAI or the operator is licensed, registered, authorised, approved or certified by any regulator.
5.4
Rules differ between countries. You must check the rules that apply where you live before you acquire or use BSAI.
6Restricted persons
6.1
The Site and BSAI are not available where their use is prohibited by law.
6.2
They are not available to any person named on a sanctions list, or to any person located in, or a resident of, a sanctioned country or territory.
6.3
You are responsible for checking whether you may lawfully access the Site or acquire BSAI.
7Third party names
7.1
Names such as MEXC, WEEX, Biconomy, Jadenex, NioX, GLERX and Mastercard, and any related marks, are the property of their respective owners.
7.2
Their use on the Site is for identification only. No endorsement by, or affiliation with, any third party is implied unless we state it expressly.
7.3
BSAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by MEXC.
8Forward looking statements
8.1
The Site contains forward looking statements. These describe plans, designs and intentions, including the features of Silver Rail marked in design or planned.
8.2
Forward looking statements are not promises or guarantees. They depend on assumptions and are subject to risks and uncertainty.
8.3
Actual outcomes may differ materially. We have no duty to update these statements, except where the law requires it.
9Accuracy of information
9.1
We take reasonable care over the content of the Site, but we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current.
9.2
Worked examples on the Site use illustrative figures. They are not prices, fees or forecasts.
9.3
Content may change without notice.
10Independent research
10.1
Do your own research before you make any decision about BSAI.
10.2
Seek independent financial, legal and tax advice suited to your circumstances.
10.3
Read our risk disclosure in full.

Links to third party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or for any loss arising from their use.
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. It lets the website recognise your device or remember a setting.
1.2
Similar technologies, such as local storage, are treated in the same way in this policy.
2Cookies in use
2.1
The website at bitcoinsilver.ai (the "Site") uses only strictly necessary cookies.

We do not use advertising or targeting cookies.
3.3
We do not use tracking pixels, social media cookies or any third party tracking.
4Consent
4.1
The law does not require consent for strictly necessary cookies or storage. The Site still shows a short notice on your first visit so you know what is stored. Your answer is kept in your browser.
4.2
If we ever plan to use cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
5Managing cookies
5.1
You can view, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Each browser explains how in its help pages.
5.2
You can also set your browser to warn you before a cookie is stored.
